Surreal Development LLC focuses on supporting independent vehicle repair and maintenance. As such the professional services we offer are constrained to support our existing right to repair commitments.
Specifically:
- We publish our findings. The max contractual limitations of disclosure are 90 days for most issues, and 7 days for any vulnerability actively used by actors in the wild (malicious or otherwise). We can extend these on a case by case basis where user security or safety may be compromised.
2. For automotive: we only do black box testing (having source code would conflict with our right to repair commitment).
