Sometimes we need additional information to diagnose issues on our end. While Gretio does send us crash reports and other severe information… Verbose information (such as vehicle communication) is ommited and must be manually uploaded.

User provided logs is currently a beta feature in Gretio

Android

Tap “App Version” 5 times to enable dev logging, and then enable developer logging. Replicate the bug, and then export the logs by sending us an email (i.e. to contact@surrealdev.com). Typically you can do this directly from your phone or tablet.

iOS

Tap the app version 5 times to enable logging (you may need to dismiss the app status bar to tap here). Replicate the behavior, and then export the logs to us (i.e. to contact@surrealdev.com). Typically you can do this directly from your phone or tablet.
