Gretio Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Thanks for using Gretio! The terms and condition serve as a legal contract between the purchaser
of Gretio as well as any end user of the application. Gretio is provided by
Surreal Development LLC located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The laws of South Dakota will
apply to any disputes arising out of related to these terms or the services.
Usage of Gretio is forbidden unless you
accept these terms. Gretio is a service offered to its users. Surreal Development LLC
gives you a personal, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license provided by
Surreal Development LLC to use Gretio’s services. If you do not comply with these terms, and
Surreal Development LLC or any affiliates do not take action right away, this doesn’t mean
we are giving up any right we may have.
If any of the terms end up being not enforcable, they will not affect the rest of the terms.
2. Your Privacy
Gretio uses the Surreal Development General Privacy Policy which is included with this service.
3. Intellectual Property
You agree that all contents in this app are protected by copyright law. You agree not to sell or otherwise
redistribute this app without exclusive permission from Surreal Development. You agree not to reverse engineer,
modify, clone, or derive from this app without exclusive permission from Surreal Development.
4. Warranties, Liability, and Disclaimers
Surreal Development and its affiliates do not make any explicit promises about the service.
We provide the service “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Surreal
Development in no event shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential,
or other damages this service may cause. Surreal Development is not liable for any damage even
if the damage occured from negligence by Surreal Development.
You agree that your use of Gretio is your sole responsibility, and that Surreal Development does not endorse or
otherwise support your use of our app. You agree that your use of BiScan will be lawful for your jurisdiction,
and Surreal Development holds no liability or obligation to any unlawful use.
5. Expanded License
Gretio is not open source, but some portion of its code are used under license.
