Account deletions can be done directly in the Gretio app by visiting the account menu.

    --- Note on VINs ----
    Surreal Development is involved in Automotive Vehicles which are considered identifying information by the European government. As explained in the Privacy Policy, the VIN data is the responsibility of the end user to manage and respond to requests (such as GDPR). Deleting vehicles can be done with the Gretio app.

    In exceptional circumstances, Surreal Development can manually remove VIN data. However, you must prove your ownership of the vehicle. Without this information we cannot process the request. This information will be deleted after processing the request. Surreal Development will only consider VINs as personal information while the vehicle is under your possession.

    Submit extra documentation below. These documents can be:
    * Vehicle registration showing the date you obtained the vehicle.
    * Vehicle registration showing current date, or a bill of sale.
    * Any other records (DMV, tax records, or equivalent)

    Surreal Development LLC will review your request within 30 days and take action as needed.
